OUR POLICIES

THESE POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME

COMMUNICATION IS IMPORTANT

Email will be used for all communication. We will not respond to any inquiries regarding your project in queue via social media. If speaking over the phone is preferable, the customer is welcome to schedule a conversation at any time to go over any information concerning their project.

Working business days are Monday through Friday. Revamp & Revive is closed on weekends and holidays, unless a special request has been made and agreed upon. Once you've submitted a proposal, you will receive an immediate email requiring you to schedule a consultation so that we can go over the requirements, policies, and expectations.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONTENT

If you have opted for content to be customized and included with your project, then no worries, Revamp & Revive has accepted that responsibility.

On the other hand, if you did not make the selection for content to be included in your project and did not pay for those services, you will receive an email within 24-48 hours after paying your invoice to submit content for every portion of your website. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Descriptions of Services/Products

  • Terms, Conditions and/or Policies

  • Page headers and descriptions

  • Engaging descriptions

  • Client Reviews/Testimonials

  • Graphics, etc.

PAYMENTS

All projects must be paid IN FULL prior to the start of your project, unless the option to pay in 2 installments has been granted beforehand (typically only available for larger services). Invoices are expected to be paid within 24 hours of receiving it.

Your place in the design queue is based on the time that payment has been made. (Ex: If at the time that we spoke during your consultation you were told that there are 7 projects ahead of you, but it took you 3 days to pay your invoice, and during that time I have consulted with 5 other individuals and they paid their invoices immediately, your project will be placed behind the 5 other individuals that made payment first. 

DELAY IN SERVICES

If for any reason, an emergency (a fire, flood, computer/hardware damage, a family death, or act of nature) occurs that will interfere with the completion date of your project, you will be contacted and new deadlines for the project will be discussed.

SUSPENSION OF PROJECT

If Revamp & Revive deems that the project isn't a suitable fit, we can choose to end it any any moment, with prior communication. If at any point we continuosly receive a delayed response in the event that more information, explanations of services, or any other documentation is being requested and you fail to provide the necessary tools for us to move forth with customizing your project, we will discontinue work and issue a partial refund.

REDESIGNS OF SOCIAL MEDIA

Social Media Revamps are non-refundable once purchased. All requests for modifications and/or revisions must be made at the time that the rough draft is sent for you to review. Any change requests that have been made after work has been finalized and turned over to you, will require you to submit a brand new order.

LOGO DESIGN

Logo Design services are non-refundable once purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS.

SOCIAL MEDIA TEMPLATES

Social Media Templates are non-refundable. Once your payment has been submitted and successful, you will receive an instant email to download the templates and customize to your brand.

ALL SERVICES

Services are non-refundable and cannot be swapped for any other service once purchased!

All clients work will be displayed on website and on social media platforms. You must allow me to advertise and promote the work as it is a part of my portfolio. 

MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In our sole discretion, we may alter and update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we post updates, they take effect instantly. You accept and consent to the modifications if you continue to use the Website after the amended Terms of Use are posted. You must periodically check this page for updates so that you are aware of any changes.
