PAYMENTS & PRICING:

All prices at Revamp & Revive are subject to change at any time and will be effective immediately upon posting on www.revampnrevive.com. The FULL amount is due upfront. We do offer Buy Now, Pay Later options for payment plans. If there is an issue with using a Buy Now, Pay Later option, please feel free to contact us & we will our best to work with you on payment options. NO DESIGNS will be started without FULL payment (with the exception of Buy Now, Pay Later options).

 

Your place in the design queue is based on the time that payment has been made. (Ex: If at the time that we spoke during your consultation you were told that there are 7 projects ahead of you, but it took you 3 days to pay your invoice, and during that time I have consulted with 5 other individuals and they paid their invoices immediately, your project will be placed behind the 5 other individuals that made payment first.

LATE FEES:

You must have your product pictures, product names, prices, and any other materials needed to complete your design sent to our email (create@revampnrevive.com) within 48 hours of placing your order. If you fail to do so, you will be charged a late fee of $5 for every day your materials are late.

The late fee payment must be made before any work is done on your project. If you fail to submit your materials before 15 days after the order date, your services WILL be canceled with 50% REFUND.

REFUNDS & CANELLATIONS:

Revamp & Revive does not provide refunds for any series of projects unless agreed upon. Wanting to use another business or having buyers remorse is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made, the project will begin and the final design will be returned to the client in the turnaround time frame given (Note: Turnaround times vary amongst projects or amount of projects. An ample 3-4 business days may be needed because there may be revisions that need to be done and/or prior projects may have paid a fee to request that their order to be rushed.)

 

If you would like to cancel an order you have already paid for, Revamp & Revive WILL NOT refund any of the payment already received unless it is an issue on our behalf. If we cancel your order due to not receiving information needed for project in the allotted timeframe, you will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the amount that has been paid

DRAFTS:

Draft images of ANY kind are only used for approval. They are not to be manipulated, copied or taken for personal use. ALL drafts are property of Revamp & Revive.

REVISIONS:

For all projects done by Revamp & Revive ,there is a three (3) free revision limit. After three revisions, any additional revision will be $30.00 each. For larger scale projects such as packages or web design, the revision limit is four (4). This is to ensure that you receive your project(s) within the set turnaround time and to ensure a steady workflow. You must reply to email/messages that contain drafts within 24 hours, to ensure that revisions can be completed and sent back to you in an appropriate amount of time. If you do not respond to an email/message containing drafts within 24 hours you will be moved to the back of the order list and your order will be completed at a later time.

DESIGNS:

It is important to have some kind of vision for your business so it can be relayed to me. If you would like me to freestyle on your project, be aware that our creative visions may not align.

❏ Clients are required to submit all HIGH quality pictures.

❏ PLEASE refrain from using dull cell phone images.

❏ PLEASE DO NOT send Snapchat edited photos, photos with words on them or photos that have been harshly edited.

❏ Note: Vendor photos/ stock photos are less credible and professional.

❏ Please make sure ALL text/information given is spell checked, proofread before sending and is not subject to copyright.

❏ Once completed, you also gives Revamp & Revive the right to use for portfolio and/or marketing purposes unless agreed upon otherwise.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONTENT

If you have opted for content to be customized and included with your project, then no worries, Revamp & Revive has accepted that responsibility.

On the other hand, if you did not make the selection for content to be included in your project and did not pay for those services, you will receive an email within 24-48 hours after paying your invoice to submit content for every portion of your website. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Descriptions of Services/Products

• Terms, Conditions and/or Policies

• Page headers and descriptions

• Engaging descriptions

• Client Reviews/Testimonials

• Graphics, etc.

LOGOS:

It is important that you have some type of vision, color scheme and/or font in mind when purchasing a logo. Logo Design services are non-refundable once purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

● Freestyle logos will not be redone if they do not match the vision of clients.

● Once design is finished, a draft will be sent to you for the purpose of approval only. If it is designed to your approval, the watermark will be removed and you will be sent your final design.

WEBSITES:

There are several different web hosts: Wordpress, Shopify, Wix, SquareSpace and a variety of others. Revamp & Revive currently just offer design for Wix websites ONLY. 

 

Websites require a lot of detailed information from the customer/client. Be sure to fill out the Website Form as accurately as possible with as much information as you have.

 

Websites have ONE fee, despite the amount of products you have or web host you choose.

● Custom domain is not included in price & must be purchased separately, from whichever site you choose. (Please do your research on whichever site you choose to purchase your domain from.)

● Pixelated images or poor quality cell phone images are NOT satisfactory product pictures.

● Turnaround time begins once all information is received from the client.

SOCIAL MEDIA TEMPLATES

Social Media Templates are non-refundable. Once your payment has been submitted and successful, you will receive an instant email to download the templates and customize to your brand.

​

DELAY IN SERVICES

If for any reason, an emergency (a fire, flood, computer/hardware damage, a family death, or act of nature) occurs that will interfere with the completion date of your project, you will be contacted and new deadlines for the project will be discussed.

​

SUSPENSION OF PROJECT

If Revamp & Revive deems that the project isn't a suitable fit, we can choose to end it any any moment, with prior communication. If at any point we continuously receive a delayed response in the event that more information, explanations of services, or any other documentation is being requested and you fail to provide the necessary tools for us to move forth with customizing your project, we will discontinue work and issue a partial refund.

TIMEFRAMES:

Turnaround time is 3-5 business days for logo designs and 14-30 business days for web design, branding packages & orders with 4+ designs (excluding Sat., Sun., & holidays).  Turnaround time begins once signed contract & design forms are received. 

 

It is extremely important that the client allows Revamp & Revive to work on the project without interruptions and/or rude rush comments. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, holidays or vacations.

If a vacation is near, you will be informed in advance, via email. All projects will resume when the vacation is over.

** A copy of our policy will be sent to you once order is placed. It must be signed & dated before project is started.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In our sole discretion, we may alter and update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we post updates, they take effect instantly. You accept and consent to the modifications if you continue to use the Website after the amended Terms of Use are posted. You must periodically check this page for updates so that you are aware of any changes.
